Shoreline will develop a program implementation
schedule to help you keep the project on schedule and insure
a smooth program rollout. We will work with your EFT processor
to be sure your program meets the necessary system requirements.
Once your cards have been designed we will coordinate the production
schedule, Visa / MasterCard approval, testing, embossing & encoding,
and mailing of your cards.
Card Personalization
Embossing and encoding takes place at our state
of the art Rhode Island production facility. The facility was
opened in 1995 and is located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
It is a freestanding site consisting of brick and concrete
masonry construction. The facility is MasterCard®, Visa® and
Discover Card® certified,
and operates under the appropriate security and surveillance
equipment for maximum protection against unwarranted entry
or access. All plastic cards are stored in a locked vault
controlled by dual password and dual sign off procedures. Inserts
and
collateral material are stored in the company warehouse located
on the same property for easy access and retrieval.
Card and Program Management
All inventoried items are monitored for usage history and content management. We will review usage information with you to be sure we have the correct amount of material on hand. We also want to be sure the content of your communication material is meeting program objectives. Our goal is to build in ample reorder time for you to review content, and insure you have enough time to make program changes. |
